Fertility Assessment by Continuous Breeding
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004392
A reproductive toxicity study design that evaluates the effects of a substance on the fertility and reproductive performance of animals over multiple generations. Animals are continuously exposed to the test substance and allowed to breed for several cycles. This method assesses parameters such as mating success, gestation length, and offspring viability across successive litters.
