Graphene
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005004
A two-dimensional material consisting of a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice. It is an allotrope of carbon with exceptional electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. Graphene is the basic structural element of other graphitic materials, including graphite, carbon nanotubes, and fullerenes.
