Graphitic carbon
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005008
A form of carbon material characterized by a structure composed of stacked graphene layers, similar to graphite but potentially with varying degrees of order and crystallite size. This structure provides properties such as electrical conductivity and thermal stability. It is often distinguished from amorphous or non-graphitic carbon by X-ray diffraction patterns.
