Liquid chromatography
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006673
A separation technique where the mobile phase is a liquid that carries the sample through a stationary phase, typically packed in a column. Components of the sample separate based on their differential interactions with the stationary phase, such as adsorption, partition, or size exclusion. It is widely used for separating and quantifying non-volatile or thermally labile compounds.
