Elution chromatography

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003820

A chromatographic technique where the mobile phase continuously flows through a stationary phase, carrying the sample components along with it. Components separate based on their differential interactions with the stationary and mobile phases, leading to their emergence from the column at different times. This method is widely used for both analytical separations and preparative purifications.
