Packed column
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008413
A chromatographic column that contains a solid stationary phase or a liquid stationary phase coated on a solid support. The column is filled with small particles, which can be porous or non-porous. These columns are widely used in gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography for separating mixtures.
