Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006674
An analytical chemistry technique that couples the separation power of liquid chromatography with the detection capabilities of mass spectrometry. This hyphenated method allows for the separation of complex mixtures and subsequent identification and quantification of individual components based on their mass-to-charge ratio. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, environmental, and biological analyses.
