Mesopore
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007227
A pore within a material that has a width ranging from 2 nanometers to 50 nanometers. These pores are intermediate in size between micropores and macropores. Materials containing mesopores are often characterized by their high surface area and are relevant in catalysis and adsorption processes.
