Nanomaterial
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007755
A material with at least one dimension in the nanoscale, typically ranging from 1 to 100 nanometers. These materials exhibit unique physical, chemical, and biological properties compared to their bulk counterparts due to their high surface area to volume ratio and quantum effects. Nanomaterials find applications in fields such as medicine, electronics, and catalysis.
