Microphallus

A congenital condition characterized by an abnormally small but correctly formed penis, with the internal structures being otherwise normal. The diagnosis is based on a stretched penile length that falls below 2.5 standard deviations of the mean for a given age or gestational stage. This condition can be an isolated finding or associated with hormonal deficiencies, such as insufficient androgen production or sensitivity during fetal development.
