Monodisperse aerosol generating interface for chromatography
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007543
An interface that connects a liquid chromatograph to a detector by converting the column effluent into a stream of uniform-sized droplets. The liquid stream is mixed with a gas and forced through a small orifice, creating an aerosol. This device is distinct from other nebulizers that produce a wide distribution of droplet sizes.
