Neurodevelopmental toxicity

Adverse effects on the developing nervous system resulting from exposure to chemical, physical, or biological agents during gestation or early postnatal life. These effects can manifest as structural abnormalities, functional deficits, or behavioral changes that persist into adulthood. Such toxicity can impair cognitive abilities, motor skills, and social interactions.
