Nulliparous

Describing a female who has never completed a pregnancy to the stage of fetal viability. This status is independent of whether she has been pregnant before, as it specifically relates to the absence of a birth, either live or stillborn. A nulliparous individual is distinct from a nulligravida, who has never been pregnant at all.
