Polycrystalline polymer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009122
A polymer material composed of numerous small crystalline regions, known as crystallites, separated by amorphous domains. The crystallites are typically oriented randomly or with some degree of preferred orientation. This morphology influences the mechanical and physical properties of the polymer, such as its strength and transparency.
