Power level
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009336
A logarithmic measure of the ratio of a given power to a reference power, often expressed in decibels (dB) or nepers (Np). It quantifies the magnitude of power in a system relative to a baseline. A common reference power for acoustic measurements is 1 picowatt (10^-12 W).
