Reflected power

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010089

The part of the radiofrequency power delivered by the generator to an inductively coupled plasma that the plasma does not absorb, so that it is returned toward the generator. It is shown on the generator as a reflected power reading alongside the forward power. The power absorbed by the plasma equals the incident power minus the reflected power.
