Rotating disk sorptive extraction
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010416
A microextraction technique where a sorbent-coated disk is rotated in a sample solution to extract analytes. The rotation enhances mass transfer of analytes from the sample to the sorbent, improving extraction efficiency and speed. This method offers a simple and efficient way to concentrate trace analytes from liquid samples.
