Simple-to-use interactive self-modelling mixture analysis
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010873
A chemometric technique designed for the analysis of multicomponent mixtures where the pure component spectra or profiles are unknown. This method, often abbreviated as SIMPLISMA, iteratively extracts pure component information from a data matrix, such as spectroscopic data. It aims to resolve the individual contributions of each component to the overall mixture signal.
