Spastic

Describing a state of increased muscle tone, often accompanied by exaggerated reflexes and involuntary muscle contractions. This condition results from damage to the central nervous system, particularly the motor pathways that control voluntary movement. Spasticity can affect movement, posture, and speech, and is a common symptom in conditions such as cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis.
