Splenic

Describing anything pertaining to or associated with the spleen, a lymphoid organ involved in blood filtration and immune responses. This adjective is used to characterize cells, tissues, or processes originating from or affecting the spleen. For instance, splenic lymphocytes are immune cells found within the spleen.
