Square-wave voltammetry

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011259

A pulse voltammetric technique where a square-wave potential is superimposed on a staircase potential ramp, and the current is measured at two points during each square-wave cycle. The difference in current is then plotted against the applied potential, yielding a peak-shaped voltammogram. This method offers high sensitivity and rapid analysis, making it suitable for trace analysis.
