Differential pulse voltammetry
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003171
An electrochemical analysis technique where fixed-magnitude voltage pulses are superimposed on a linearly increasing potential ramp. The current is measured twice during each pulse cycle: once just before the pulse is applied and again at the end of the pulse. The final voltammogram is a plot of the difference between these two current measurements as a function of the base potential, which results in a peaked output signal.
