Subdural

Relating to the space located beneath the dura mater, which is the outermost and toughest of the three membranes covering the brain and spinal cord. This anatomical region is a potential space that can become actualized due to trauma or disease, leading to conditions like subdural hematoma. It is situated between the dura mater and the arachnoid mater.
