Sulfonamidines
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011562
Organic compounds that are derivatives of sulfonamides, where one of the oxygen atoms of the sulfonyl group is replaced by an imino group (=NR). They possess a general structure R-S(=O)(=NR')-NR''R''', combining features of both sulfonamides and amidines. These compounds can act as ligands in coordination chemistry.
