Syngeneic

Describing individuals or tissues that are genetically identical or sufficiently similar that they do not elicit an immune response when transplanted. This genetic identity typically arises from being members of the same inbred strain or identical twins. Syngeneic grafts are not rejected by the recipient's immune system.
