Turbidimetric titration

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012362

A titration method where the endpoint is determined by monitoring changes in the turbidity of the solution. As a precipitant is added, a polymer or other solute may become insoluble, forming a suspension that scatters light. The turbidity is measured using a turbidimeter, which detects the amount of light scattered or absorbed by the suspended particles.
