Wrist drop

A medical condition characterized by the inability to extend the wrist and fingers, resulting in a flaccid, drooping hand. This symptom is typically caused by damage or compression of the radial nerve, which controls the extensor muscles of the forearm. Lead poisoning is a known neurotoxic cause of wrist drop.
