Carpel tunnel syndrome

A condition characterized by compression of the median nerve as it passes through the carpal tunnel in the wrist. This compression leads to symptoms such as pain, numbness, and tingling in the hand and fingers, particularly the thumb, index, middle, and half of the ring finger. It is a common mononeuropathy often associated with repetitive hand movements.
