Train stop

A safety device used in railway signaling systems to automatically apply a train's brakes if it passes a signal indicating a stop. It consists of a movable arm or an electronic transponder that interacts with equipment on the train. This system prevents trains from overrunning signals, thereby reducing the risk of collisions or derailments.
