Collaborative divorce

A method of resolving marital disputes where both parties and their attorneys agree to work cooperatively to reach a settlement without litigation. All participants commit to full disclosure and to withdrawing from the process if either party seeks court intervention. This approach aims to reduce conflict and maintain amicable relations.
