Fixed asset

A long-term tangible asset, such as property, plant, and equipment, that a business uses to generate income and does not expect to convert into cash within one year. These assets are recorded on the balance sheet at their cost and are subject to depreciation over their useful life. Examples include buildings, machinery, and land.
