Forum shopping

The practice of a litigant intentionally selecting a court or jurisdiction that is most likely to provide a favorable outcome for their case. This selection is based on factors such as the court's precedents, procedural rules, or the perceived biases of judges. Courts often have rules to prevent abusive forum shopping.
