Nuncupative will

An oral will declared by a testator in their final illness or in contemplation of death, before a sufficient number of witnesses, and later reduced to writing. These wills are recognized in limited circumstances and jurisdictions, often requiring strict adherence to specific statutory conditions. Many jurisdictions have abolished or severely restricted the validity of nuncupative wills.
