Doctrine of integration of wills

A principle in probate law that treats multiple testamentary documents as a single will if they were intended by the testator to be part of the same instrument. This doctrine allows for the inclusion of all papers that the testator intended to be part of the will, even if not physically attached. The intent of the testator is the primary factor in determining integration.
