Process Server

An individual authorized to deliver legal documents, such as summonses, subpoenas, and complaints, to parties involved in a lawsuit. This delivery, known as service of process, formally notifies individuals of their involvement in a legal action. Rules governing service of process vary by jurisdiction, often requiring personal delivery or certified mail.
