Ex works (EXW)

A shipping agreement where the seller makes goods available at their own premises or another named place, such as a factory or warehouse. The buyer bears all costs and risks involved in transporting the goods from that point to the final destination. This Incoterm places the maximum obligation on the buyer and minimum on the seller.
