An Incoterm (International Commercial Term) where the seller delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the buyer at the seller's premises or another named place. The seller is responsible for export clearance and bears the risk until the goods are handed over. The buyer assumes all risks and costs from that point, including main carriage.
