An Incoterm (International Commercial Term) where the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to a named place of destination, ready for unloading by the buyer. The seller bears all risks and costs associated with bringing the goods to that point, excluding import clearance and duties. The buyer is responsible for unloading and import formalities.
