Brubu

A strong, dry, and gusty easterly wind that occurs on the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia. This local wind is a type of foehn wind, warming and drying as it descends the western slopes of the island's mountain ranges. The brubu is most prevalent during the east monsoon season, affecting local weather conditions significantly.
