Main lobe
Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-007093
The primary direction of radiation or reception for an antenna, representing the region where the antenna's gain is highest. In radar systems, the main lobe is the part of the antenna's radiation pattern that is intentionally directed towards the target or region of interest.
