Milky ice

Ice that appears opaque and whitish due to the presence of numerous tiny air bubbles trapped within its structure. This type of ice often forms when water freezes rapidly or contains dissolved gases that become entrained during the freezing process. It contrasts with clear ice, which forms from slower freezing of purer water.
