Propane

A colorless, odorless, gaseous hydrocarbon with the chemical formula C3H8, belonging to the alkane series. It is a minor constituent of the atmosphere, primarily released from natural gas processing and petroleum refining. Propane is also used as a fuel and a refrigerant, contributing to greenhouse gas emissions when combusted.
