Spot wind

A measurement of wind velocity taken at a specific location and time, providing an instantaneous snapshot of atmospheric motion. This differs from an average wind, which represents conditions over a longer period or larger area. Spot wind data is frequently obtained from instruments like anemometers or Doppler radar.
