Wilson cloud chamber

A device used to detect and visualize the paths of ionizing radiation, such as alpha particles, beta particles, and cosmic rays. It consists of a sealed chamber containing supersaturated vapor, typically water or alcohol. When an ionizing particle passes through, it leaves a trail of condensed droplets, making its trajectory visible.
