Cement accelerator

A chemical additive mixed with cement slurry to reduce its setting time and increase the rate of early strength development. Accelerators are often used in cold environments or when rapid setting is required, such as for shallow casing strings or lost circulation control. Common accelerators include calcium chloride and sodium chloride.
