Pressure-drawdown analysis
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-002927
A well test method where a well is flowed at a constant rate, and the resulting pressure decline is measured and analyzed. This test provides information about the reservoir's ability to deliver fluids to the wellbore and can identify wellbore damage or stimulation. The data is often plotted on a semilogarithmic graph to determine reservoir parameters.
