Ternary diagram
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-003796
A graphical representation used to show the compositions of three components in a system, where the sum of their concentrations is constant. Each vertex of the equilateral triangle represents 100% of one component, and points within the triangle represent mixtures. This diagram is used in enhanced oil recovery to visualize phase behavior and miscibility conditions for injected fluids and reservoir oil.
