Activity distribution
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012837
A statistical representation, such as a histogram or frequency plot, that shows the range and frequency of activity values for a collection of compounds tested in a biological screen. This distribution visualizes how many compounds exhibit low, medium, or high levels of a specific biological effect. A bimodal distribution often indicates the presence of a distinct subpopulation of active compounds within the tested library.
