Aura

A perceptual disturbance experienced by some individuals before a migraine headache or epileptic seizure. It can involve visual changes, such as flashing lights or blind spots, sensory disturbances like tingling, or other neurological symptoms. The aura typically lasts from a few minutes to an hour.
