Comprehensive two-dimensional chromatography
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002341
A chromatographic technique that separates analytes in two independent dimensions, with the entire effluent from the first dimension being subjected to separation in the second dimension. This method significantly increases peak capacity and resolution compared to one-dimensional chromatography. It is often denoted as GCxGC for gas chromatography or LCxLC for liquid chromatography.
